We will introduce Elsevier's Mendeley Institutional Edition from April 1, 2021.
OU members will be able to use upgraded version of Mendelay at no cost.

How to upgrade Mendeley to the institutional edition
Once you log in to Mendeley via the network in Osaka University, your Mendeley account will be automatically upgraded to the institutional edition.

- If you do not have a Mendeley account, please access the above website to create your account.
- You can use the upgraded version off campus for 12 months after your last login via network in OU.
When you leave OU or when OU cancel the Mendeley Institutional subscription, your account will be downgraded to the free edition and you will not be able to use the premium features any longer.
- Your Mendeley account will not expire after the downgrade.
- Your data will remain in the storage of Mendeley Web Library after the downgrade. However, you need to export your data to the other storage if your usage exceeds the limitations of free version.
