AV Library, AV Commons
AV Library
- AV Library is on the third floor of International Studies Library.
- AV library has booths in which you can use audio-visual materials such as DVDs, Blu-rays, videotapes, LDs, cassette tapes, CDs, MDs, and so on.

How to use
- Osaka University Library Card or Minoh City Library Card (green or red card) is required to use materials in AV library.
- Bring your library card and the case of a material in AV library (only one material per time) to the Reference Counter on the third floor. We will lend you headphones and controller. You can watch it at the designated booth.
- You may not borrow more than one item at a time.
- Also, you may not reserve audio-visual materials or booths.
AV Commons
- AV Commons is on the third floor of International Studies Library.
- You can watch audio-visual materials with friends. These are spaces for group discussions.
- You can freely change the layout of the room.
- Osaka University Library Card or Minoh City Library Card (green or red card) is required to use AV Commons. Please present your Library Card at Reference Counter on the third floor.

Room key | On the day of use, we will lend you a room key at the Reference Counter on the third floor. |
Reservation | You can't reserve AV commons for the normal use. Please Bring your library card and the case of a material in AV library (only one material per time) to the Reference Counter on the third floor. |

Equipments | Movable desks and chairs, BIG PAD (an interactive whiteboard), microphones, whiteboards and audiovisual players *Air purifiers will be in operation during use. |
Room key | On the day of use, we will lend you a room key at the Reference Counter on the third floor. |
Reservation | Reservations are accepted between 3 months and 1 week prior to the desired date of use. Please fill out an application form and submit to the library by email or in person.

Purpose of use | Currently, AV Commons is available only for the following uses. However, even if the above condition is met, it cannot be used for events that charge an entry fee. |

Notes on Use
- Please handle materials and equipment with care.
- Audio-visual materials may not be checked out or copied.
- Eating and drinking are not allowed inside AV Library and AV Commons. If you ignore the rule, we may ask you to leave the room and may prohibit you from entering AV Library and AV Commons.
- Please refrain from talking on phone, and turn off your mobile phone or put it into silent mode.
