Due to a scheduled power outage at the Toyonaka Campus, the University of Osaka Libraries’ online services and some of the International Studies Library services, such as circulation, reservations, and loan renewals (for the University of Osaka Libraries materials), will be unavailable on August 30, 2026.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Services on the second floor will be available as usual.
