Library hours when weather warning is issued (approaching typhoon)

When a “storm warning” [boufuu-keihou] or an “emergency warning”[tokubetsu-keihou] has been issued for Toyonaka, Suita, Ibaraki, and/or Minoh, all OU-Libraries will be closed.
