Library hours when weather warning is issued (approaching typhoon)

OU-Libraries will be closed when a “storm warning” [boufuu-keihou] or an “emergency warning” [tokubetsu-keihou] has been issued for Toyonaka, Suita, Ibaraki or Minoh, or an area including these cities.

 If a weather warning is issued before libraries are open,

We will close libraries until the weather warning is canceled.
If the warning has been canceled, the libraries will open as explained in the section "If the weather warning is canceled".

 If a weather warning is issued when libraries are open,

We will close libraries as soon as possible.
If the warning has been canceled, the libraries will open as explained in the section "If a weather warning is canceled".

 If the weather warning is canceled, (Preliminary version due to chang of opening hours of the library)

Libraries will open depending on when the weather warning is canceled:

1. Monday - Friday（during academic terms）

   Weather warning canceled	Library hours
   By 6:00	Open as usual
   By 9:00	Open at 12:00
   By 12:00	Open at 15:00
   [Only during exam period]
   By 15:00	Open at 18:00 [Main Library Only]

2. Monday - Friday（NOT during academic terms）

   Weather warning canceled	Library hours
   By 6:00	Open as usual
   By 9:00	Open at 12:00

3. Saturday, Sunday and National holidays

   Weather warning canceled	Library hours
   By 9:00	Open at 12:00

※The status of the issued warning will be checked on the TV, radio and Internet.

 Others

When dangers are expected, the libraries will be closed despite the cases described above.
