The libraries will be closed if danger is anticipated, even in cases other than those mentioned below.
The University of Osaka Libraries will be closed when a “storm warning” [boufuu-keihou] or an “emergency warning” [tokubetsu-keihou] has been issued for Toyonaka, Suita, Ibaraki or Minoh, or an area including these cities.
We will close libraries until the weather warning is canceled.
If the warning has been canceled, the libraries will open as explained in the section "If the weather warning is canceled".

Libraries excepting the International Studies Library will open depending on when the weather warning is canceled:
