Notice: Repair works of the outside wall of OU Libraries

We plan to do work of repairs on the outer wall of Main Library, Life Sciences Library, and Science and Engineering Library, which were damaged by 2018 Osaka Earthquake.

During the repair work period we expect:

  • noise and shaking
  • scaffolding set up on the outside wall of the libraries
  • temporary detours around the libraries

  • Main Library will not be closed due to the repair work.
  • Repair work period of each buildings:
    • Oct. 2nd～: Stacks
    • Oct. 9th～: building C
    • Dec. 12th～:　building A and B

    • We also plan to do work of repairs on the equipment. Please refer to the notice for details.

  • Life Sciences Library will not be closed due to the repair work.
