To prevent the spread of the novel coronavirus, Osaka University Library (Main Library, Life Sciences Library, Science and Engineering Library, International Studies Library) has changed some of the library services as follows.
Thank you for your understanding and cooperation despite the inconveniences.
We will update the information here as the situation changes.

Service Changes

  1. Suspension of facility use: Learning Commons, Group Study Rooms, Cubicles
    • The Learning Commons in the Main Library and the Science and Engineering Library will be available only for individual use from April 1st. (Please understand that the use of these Learning Commons may be suspended depending on the situation.)
  2. Other limits of use:
    • If you have symptoms such as a fever or a cough, please avoid using the library.
    • Do not study in a group (including at Learning Commons).
    • Keep distance from other users.
    • Keep your hands clean by washing with running water and soap, or using hand sanitizer.
