To prevent the spread of the novel coronavirus, Osaka University Library will suspend the library service for alumni, and visitors for the following period.
During this suspension, alumni and visitors cannot enter the libraries (Main Library, Life Sciences Library, Science and Engineering Library, International Studies Library).
Thank you for your understanding and cooperation despite the inconveniences.
We will update the information here as the situation changes.

Period of Service Suspension

  • March 6th (Fri.), 2020 – 【Undermined】(for the time being)

Who will be affected

  • Visitors
  • Patrons who has a library card of either one of the following statuses: Alumni, Visitors, Minoh Citizens (*Except for Partner University’s Library and Alumni Special)

*The loan period will be extended until April 1st May 7th for the materials that has a due date during this suspension period.
*The library materials are available if you make requests of photocopy/book delivery through the university library you belong to or public libraries.
