The International Studies Library will be closed when a “storm warning” [boufuu-keihou] or an “emergency warning” [tokubetsu-keihou] has been issued for Minoh city or an area including Minoh city.
*The decision to open the International Studies Library is the same as the decision to open the Minoh City Semba Library. Please also check the Minoh City Library website for the latest opening status.

Library hours when weather warning is issued (approaching typhoon)
The Library will be closed until the weather warning is canceled. If the warning has been canceled, we will open the library when we are ready.
We will close the library after coordination with the Minoh City Library. If the warning has been canceled, we will open the library when we are ready.
When dangers are expected, the library will be closed despite the cases described above.
