The library will be closed if danger is anticipated, even in cases other than those mentioned below.
The International Studies Library (the Minoh City Semba Library) may be temporarily closed at the discretion of Minoh City if a "storm warning" [boufuu-keihou] or an "emergency warning (except for High Wave Emergency Warning)" [tokubetsu-keihou] is issued for Minoh City, Osaka Prefecture, or the area including Minoh City.

The Library will be closed until the weather warning is canceled. If the warning has been canceled, we will open the library when we are ready.
