Undergraduate students and graduate students can use your Student ID Card as your Library Card. The other students, faculty and staffs need to apply for a Library Card.
Alumni and visitors who want to use the library materials can enter the library by filling out the application form at the Main Entrance. To check out library materials, please apply for a Library Card.

*There is no ramp at the entrance to the Science and Engineering Library.
If you have difficulty taking the stairs, you can use the elevator on the north side of the building.
When using the elevator, please use the intercom next to the elevator.

*Persons 18 years of age or older (excluding high school students) who have a purpose of learning or research, and who can visit the library in person to check out and return books.
You can renew General Books only one time at the counter on condition the material hasn't been reserved by another user.
UOsaka members can also renew items through "Check Status of Loan/Reservation" in Web Service.
When the library is closed, return items to the drop box. You can return items of 4 libraries and 2 faculty/research institute libraries to any of those nine libraries.
Borrowing privileges will be suspended for the same number of days the item was overdue. Please return our materials within loan periods.
Two Kinds of due date reminder e-mails will be sent automatically.
The e-mail is sent to the e-mail address on your library record.
You will be required to pay for them. Please contact library staff at the Circulation Desk.

CO-OP Copying Machine is located next to Circulation Desk(1F). If you have CO-OP Copy Card, you can use this machine. Before copying, you are required to fill out application form.
